Is marketing in startups worthwhile before PMF?+

Before product-market fit, the priority is product. Premature marketing scaling is one of the most common and most expensive mistakes. I work with startups that already have PMF and need to professionalise marketing to scale — not before.

How do you build brand on a startup budget?+

Brand isn't advertising — it's coherence and accumulated authority. High-quality branded content without television budgets, presence in trade media with judgement, technical content that earns respect. Mailchimp built brand before having the budget for it, and Stripe does it now at relatively contained cost.

Do you work on B2B and B2C marketing in tech?+

More B2B than B2C. B2B SaaS and enterprise platforms are my area of greatest experience. For B2C tech (apps, consumer products) I work selectively on cases where the combination of brand + growth contributes especially.

What growth tools do you use?+

The usual: GA4, Mixpanel, Amplitude for product; HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo for automation; LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Meta for acquisition; Hotjar for CRO. The tool is chosen per case, not by preference.

Do you work with international startups?+

Yes. Much of the tech work is for Spanish companies with international ambition. Brand and acquisition strategy designed from day one for target markets (Europe, US, Latam). Localisation with judgement, not literal translation.
