Who this service is for

For professionals who want to refresh their judgement.

Active professionals

Marketers, brand managers, communications directors, consultants. Experienced people who want to improve their judgement on a specific topic.

Entrepreneurs and founders

Startup or SME founders who take on marketing in their company. Sessions designed so they can apply what they've learned by the following Monday.

Non-marketing executives

CEOs, COOs, financial and sales directors who need to understand strategic marketing without becoming marketers.

Professionals reskilling

People coming from another discipline who are training in marketing — or those who've been out of the sector for years and need to catch up quickly.

Methodology

Three hours that change how you decide.

Phase 01

Pre-session diagnosis

Before the session, brief questionnaire to understand attendees' profile and expectations. This lets me calibrate the session without generalising.

Phase 02

Intensive session

Three to six structured hours: brief conceptual framework, concrete cases, applied exercises in small groups, debate.

Phase 03

Downloadable materials

Recommended bibliography, downloadable frameworks, applicable templates. The session continues at home with whatever each attendee wants to go deeper on.

Phase 04

Optional follow-up

Attendees who wish have access to a group follow-up Q&A session the following month, to resolve questions that arose in applying it.

What you gain

What happens in a masterclass.

A well-designed masterclass is worth more than a long course that's poorly structured. What this format offers:

01 · Intensity

An afternoon, a topic, an idea.

Without the dispersion of long courses. You concentrate one day and leave with judgement on a specific topic.

02 · Networking

You meet 20 like-minded profiles.

The small group lets attendees get to know each other. Many professional collaborations are born in these sessions.

03 · Applicability

You apply it on Monday.

The exercises use your own projects or cases. Learning moves from theory to practice before the session ends.

04 · Access to the speaker

Real questions, no filter.

Small group = concrete questions, precise answers. Impossible in mass webinars or online courses without presence.

05 · Certification

Useful recognition.

Signed certificate of completion, valid for LinkedIn and personal or company training plans.

06 · Contained cost

Less than a long course.

An afternoon of applied learning is worth more than many long courses. The investment is within reach of any active professional.

Recommended pre-reading

Five readings that are worth having read.

Masterclasses are intensive and compact: to take advantage of them, it pays to arrive with some base. These five readings — all available as short essays or long-form articles — prepare the ground and let us add perspective in the room rather than clarify terms.

When you need it

Signals that say it's the right time.

An open masterclass works well when you're in one of these four professional moments:

01

You need to refresh judgement quickly

You've been a while without going deep on a specific topic and need to catch up with the best time/learning ratio.

02

You're about to make an important decision

Your company is going to invest in a campaign, hire an agency, launch a product. A masterclass gives you judgement to decide better.

03

You want to validate whether to go deeper

Before investing in a long training programme, a masterclass confirms whether the topic interests you enough.

04

You're seeking a differentiated professional profile

Accumulating quality masterclasses on LinkedIn makes a difference. Better intensive, cited training than online courses without brand.

Frequently asked questions

What I get asked most about this service.

When is the next masterclass?+

I programme between 4 and 8 masterclasses per year, in Valladolid, Madrid, Las Palmas and online format. Updated calendar in the training section of the website. Sign up to the newsletter to receive priority notifications.

Do online masterclasses have the same quality?+

Almost the same. In-person interaction always adds value — networking, smoother group exercises, atmosphere. But the online versions are designed to preserve 85% of the value in remote format with camera and mandatory active participation.

How much do they cost?+

Masterclasses have a fixed rate published per edition. Range between €250 and €600 per person depending on duration (3-6h), format (online/in-person) and location. Reduced rates for students, the unemployed, and members of business associations.

Are there customised groups for companies?+

Yes. If a company wants to reserve seats in bulk (8+ people) I offer a group rate. For fully customised programmes, in-company format is better (separate page).

Access to recordings?+

Online editions are recorded and attendees have access for 90 days for review. In-person sessions aren't recorded in full out of respect for the group dynamic, but attendees receive the final slides and an executive summary.

Next step

Shall we talk about your specific case?

First 45-minute session, free of charge and no commitment. If we fit, I send you a detailed proposal within 5 days. If we don't, you take away a useful initial diagnosis.
