Who this service is for

For teams that want to use AI with judgement.

Full marketing departments

Teams of 4-20 people with different profiles (strategy, content, ads, social, analytics). Training that covers the whole, not just a few.

Leadership making AI decisions

CMO, general management, commercial management. Executive training that gives judgement for investment and governance decisions without entering technicalities.

Creative and media agencies

Agency teams that need to integrate AI into their daily operations without losing competitiveness or creative quality.

Educational centres and executive programmes

Marketing master's and executive programmes adding an AI block to their curriculum. Practical cases and real application.

Methodology

From ‘I've heard about it’ to ‘I use it well.’

Module 01

Map of AI in marketing

Overview: types of AI, real use cases, main tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Midjourney, vertical platforms). What each one does and when to apply it.

Module 02

Prompts and judgement

How to construct a prompt that produces professional results. Voice guidelines, context, constraints, validation. What separates amateur from professional use.

Module 03

Application by function

Practical workshop by function: content, social, ads, analytics, customer service. Each team member leaves with flows applicable to their concrete work.

Module 04

Governance and ethics

Internal usage policy, GDPR (RGPD) and the EU AI Act, transparency with clients, risks to avoid. Without this layer, AI in a team is a problem waiting to materialise.

What you gain

What this training delivers.

A team well trained in AI takes advantage of the technology without risks. Specifically:

01 · Real productivity

The team gains time.

Repetitive tasks (first drafts of copy, briefs, routine writing) leave the workflow. The team focuses on the creative and strategic.

02 · Quality maintained

It doesn't drop because of AI.

Well trained, the team uses AI as a tool — not as a substitute for judgement. Average quality holds or rises, not falls.

03 · Controlled risks

No legal surprises.

Clear usage policy: what can be passed to external AI, what can't, which providers are acceptable, what makes you GDPR-compliant. Regulatory risk mitigated.

04 · Common language

Goodbye to ‘how do I do this?’.

After training, the team shares vocabulary and method. Recurring individual questions stop — and productivity rises just from that.

05 · Talent attraction

Up-to-date professionals.

Marketing professionals prefer companies that train them in AI. The training is a retention and attraction factor that serious companies take seriously.

06 · Competitive advantage

Faster and better.

Teams trained in AI produce more and better with the same headcount. Sustained over time, that difference creates distance from competitors who don't train.

When you need it

Signals that say it's the right time.

AI training makes sense in these four scenarios. The sooner it's done, the more the temporal advantage in the market is captured:

01

Your team uses AI individually and improvised

Everyone uses ChatGPT their own way without shared method. Result: inconsistent quality, legal risk without governance, productivity well below potential.

02

Pressure to ‘use AI’ comes from above

Board or CEO push AI without knowing what for. Professional training provides the judgement to turn that push into useful application, not fashion spending.

03

Your competitors already train in AI

If competing agencies and companies already train their teams, you lose relative advantage every month. The gap widens quickly on this topic.

04

New teams or new hires

Arrival of new professionals who already know AI or who need to learn. Training is efficient onboarding that avoids semesters of unstructured learning.

Frequently asked questions

What I get asked most about this service.

Is a technical profile required?+

No. I design the training for marketing and communications profiles without prior technical training. We cover everything needed to use the tools professionally — without going into code.

Which tools are taught?+

The main ones on the market: ChatGPT (and custom GPTs), Claude, Gemini, Midjourney, Suno, Eleven Labs, vertical tools for social and email (Klaviyo AI, Jasper). We adapt to whatever you already use or are most interested in.

How long is it?+

For a full department: 12-20 hours over 3-5 sessions. For an executive session: 4 hours. For master's programmes: 12-30 hours distributed across the block. Format adapted to profile and objectives.

Do you work with the client's cases?+

Yes, whenever feasible. In closed training, workshops apply to the client's real flows. The programme ends with a concrete implementation plan, not just general learnings.

Are there deliverable materials?+

Yes. Master prompt library for each function, internal AI usage policy template, tool comparison with selection criteria, bibliography. Living and applicable material.

Next step

Shall we talk about your specific case?

First 45-minute session, free of charge and no commitment. If we fit, I send you a detailed proposal within 5 days. If we don't, you take away a useful initial diagnosis.
