Depends on PMF. Before product-market fit, what you call ‘marketing’ is usually market validation — not mass acquisition. If the product fits a real market, tactical marketing makes sense. Before that, it tends to be dispersion. In the first session we honestly assess your phase.
Adapted to phase and sector. For early validation, very contained budgets (judgement + small experiments). For growth with proven PMF, budget proportional to unit economics. If someone tells you to invest €100k in marketing before PMF, ask for a second opinion.
